My Journey
A Path Forged Through Lived Experience
I'm Gurvinder Sohotey, a Wellness Coach and Kundalini Yoga Teacher trained in Presence through Eckhart Tolle’s teachings.
My path to this work began during the isolation of the COVID-19 pandemic, when I experienced intense anxiety and came face-to-face with my thoughts in a way I never had before. In that quiet, I discovered deeply transformative tools — rooted in spiritual wisdom,
mindfulness, Kundalini Yoga and compassionate self-awareness. Gradually, I began to reconnect with stillness, the present moment and the peace that had always existed beneath the noise of my overthinking mind.
What began as a personal journey has become a professional mission: to guide others back to peace, presence and inner strength.
Blending spiritual insight, coaching frameworks and lived experience, I offer personalised support to those navigating anxiety, emotional imbalance, decision overwhelm or a longing for deeper wholeness. My work is grounded in presence and the belief that healing begins within.
